Well, I first made it up and I believed it so much that it made the words appear on the box!!!!
I wouldn't have said that it was exandable if I hadn't found it stated in multiple places on the box as well as on the shelf tag at Circuit City where I bought it. Oh, and it also says it on Circuit City's website too.
I'd be interested to know why think that it doesn't when so many places say otherwise... |

LOL! Ok u got me. I take it back.
Yes it does say right on the front of the box "Expandable up to 4 Handsets" and also in the instruction manual on page 4 ""Supports up to 4 handsets"
I have no idea where to purchase a 4th handset, other than to buy a whole new box of 3, and "register" (page 14) one of the handsets from that box onto your existing base station. I dont know for sure if that will work, it would cost me another $47 to find out.
Your answer was funny though =) |

I'm glad you took that as humor. I meant to include a smiley face to seal the deal, but I forgot and looking back you could have took that as me being very rude!!
Also, I wonder now how that would only cost you $47 to find out? The cheapest I have seen this kit is around 80 bucks and if I could find it at your price, I would consider buying a full kit to find out. It would be better if it was expandable to more than 4 as I would buy another kit and either give the adapter away to a friend or try to sell it.
Who knows, maybe sometime soon this will pop up somewhere and we can buy the add on. |

Well, CompUSA is closing all their stores and has discounted all their stock. The kit is $79.99 - 40% = $47.99. It contains a 3 phone system, and a DLink VTA-VD Vonage adapter. |

Ok I went out and bought another kit. Not only can I register a 4th handset, I can register a 5th and a 6th! Now that's a whole house solution!
I could be persuaded to sell you one. I am thinking maybe $10 + shipping, so probably another $10 for packing materials and postage if you live in the USA. I can accept payment via Paypal.
I would include the new handset, base w/ power supply, battery, battery cover, and belt clip.
PM me if you are interested. |

murr2k, thanks for the offer, I had to really think about this one, but right now, I think I'll pass. I think I may see what kind of deals I can find on a whole kit (may have a relative check out C-USA to see if they an find one, I am interest in the 6 phone whole solution now that you confirmed that it's possible |

I just bought the Vonage Whole House Solution and have a question regarding the multiple phone lines. I currently have 1 Vonage adapter for my home number and another Vonage adapter that has my office line and fax line. I'm confused about how to set this up. The fax line is going away. Do the Vonage adapters go away and I just use the one with phones? Thanks!
