Hi, I am new to Vonage, just got the equipment yesterday. So far the only problem I am having is that I dont know when I have a voicemail...there is no flashing lights, no stutter tone, no nada! Is this normal? Should it be notifying me? what can I do?? Thanks |

Contact Vonage they know of the problem and can fix it for you they had to reset my DBA, /MWI. Now it works great Vonage tech support will and can fix it all you have to do is make them aware of your situation. Thanks!!!Tech support did fix it, I now have a stutter tone and the message light on my phone lights up  |
