I have been trying to access the Vonage website now for about 10 minutes and it keeps telling me that "Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Web Page". I can obviously go online since I am typing this message but I cant get to Vonage. Are their sites down? I need to unforward my phones so I can go home for the day and I cant do anything. Any clues would be nice. Thanks
Are you flipping kidding me, I have asked Vonage reps this for over 2 years and there answer is always the same. You need to go online to forward and unforward the phone line. How do I forward? That is what I need to do, not unforward. I wrote the wrong thing down. What I actually need to do is enable simu-ring. Is that possible via the phone? I would really appreciate the help.
...simulring is not configurable via the TUI yet. Call forwarding is via *72/*73 (as well as ACR *77/*87 and DND *78/*79). Any luck logging into the web?
ACB is what I meant to say and it is Anonymous Call Block. If someone calls and the number is blocked, the user will hear a message stating you do not accept blocked calls and they should unblock their number.
