When someone calls our number, they get a message to "Leave a message".

this is on when I select *78. But it wont shot off whe I select *79.
Where in Vonage can I turn off "Leave a Message?

There is a major problem, has been for days. Here is the message on my dashboard:

Service Announcements
Certain customers may be experiencing an issue with no dial tone, having trouble registering their device or feature settings not taking effect. We are aware of this situation and are currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Some lines have already been repaired and your device may just need a reboot. Feature settings may take up to 24 hours to take effect. We will continue to update this website with additional information. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

All my calls were going directly to voice mail, I made sure it was set to go to voice after 15 seconds which it was. I called Vonage and was told there is a problem with the web page and you can't change the settings, even though it shows changes made. That was earlier this morning, not sure if it has been resolved.
