Like the subject states, Im not able to change or disable my call forwarding.

Has anyone had this issue or know how to fix it?

Might it be related to the BIG 12/14-15 outage?

thx

Look at the bottom of the vonage home page, click contact us then click the large call button (3rd step after Start Here).

Number shown there is:
Call us toll free at 1-VONAGE-HELP (1-866-243-4357)

Thanks, guess I really wasn't looking at the big bar with greyed out options, of course now I used the wife's cell to call and it was ok. I'll have to wait for it again and call when it happens. We haven't even used the call forwarding at all, after 2 rings it would go to my cell, which is the back up number, but the network isn't down, just spoke with my relatives for almost an hour and never dropped off. Going to write that number down for future reference.

I enabled call forwarding via the web site. Call forwarding worked just fine. I've now disabled it and the web site says it's disabled. However, all calls still forward.

I've never had any success with Vonage's customer service line, so am hoping someone here has an answer.

Thanks,
Rob

I finally got through to Vonage customer support. They say that this is a known issue due to some proxy problem. Apparently some features are not updating properly. It is being worked on, but there is no target resolution time or date.

In the meantime, my calls are all being forwarded to a phone where I no longer want them forwarded. The Vonage service tech said information about this issue is posted to their web site - but I sure cannot find it.

Vonage seems quite uninterested in this issue.
