Two days almost 48 hours since it all started and the web site is STILL not acknowledging anything but "no dial tone" Not a word about the phantom calls, no comment whatseover to its customers about calls at all hours of the night.
"Certain customers may be experiencing an issue with no dial tone or having trouble registering their device. We are aware of this situation and are currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Some lines have already been repaired and your device may just need a reboot. We will continue to update this website with additional information. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Like others I am finding their completely ignoring the other major symptom to be absolutely intolerable. It may be enough for me to switch to verizon's Voip service. |

This is ridiculous. This is the latest notice from Vonage on my dashboard: "During the weekend some customers experienced No Dial Tone and delay in updating features on their web accounts. This issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing these issues, rebooting your telephone adapter corrects the problem.
To reboot your adapter, unplug the device, wait 10 seconds, and plug back in. Wait until the power LED stops blinking and becomes solid green. This will take one to two minutes. Afterwards, service should be restored”
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause" Still no acknowledging of the phantom calls.
Maybe we all have had ghosts in hour houses!!! I am really disappointed (actually angry)! |

I agree which is what I told Vincente this morning. Acknowledge the problem that occured. I would have dealt with a no dialtone issue and blown it off. Getting close to 400 phantom calls at all hours of the day and night and their CS team not even noting it happened... that I don't deal with so well.
Ya'll should give Mr. Vicente a call.

caeled thanks for sharing. I had very similar experience. Both my cell and my home phone kept ringing like crazy all night long until Saturday 6AM. Thank God I found this forum otherwise I would be still thinking about some paranormal phenomena Anyway I've posted on Vonage official forum my complain but I don't think anybody is gonna care too much. https://forums.vonage.com/showthread.php?t=471 |

I'm having the same problem in St. Louis.
I know times are tough for Vonage.
But, they should realize, that this is, THE WORST POSSIBLE PROBLEM THAT ONE COULD HAVE WITH A PHONE.
To be awakened at 3:00am by a phantom call beats every other possible annoying thing that a phone could do. I would rather have a call dropped, or no dial tone than to have this problem.
