If you go to CNN's web page you will see a place on the front of the page called "I Reports". Let them know your experience. I just did. If this starts getting into the news it may put pressure on them to get it fixed faster. Or maybe not, but certainly it deserves to be talked about in the media.
Where they ask for your phone number I recommend you give them you mobile number.

Out in Massachusetts too.
The benefits of old school copper make themselves known the longer I use this science experiment.
What if I had a household emergency right now and needed 911?

I'm in Spring, TX and my service has been out since 12/14 at around 6:30p. In the almost three years that I've been with
Vonage
, nothing like this has ever happened. I've used all of my cell minutes trying to contact them and ended up having to go to a pay phone and waiting almost an hour to speak with someone. Needless to say, I am not happy. I will definitely be demanding a credit. I used this line as a work line and this outage has caused me to lose nearly 10 hours of shifts. I'll definitely be looking into getting a landline Monday. I can't afford this lack of reliability. If I can't work, I can't pay them. I'll miss the affordable rate but this whole experience has made me realize just how
not worth it
the service truly is.
Oh and I managed to speak with someone who told me, at 5:50 a.m. that they were aware of the issue and service should be restored today, or at the latest tomorrow. All this, and my inbox still hasn't been hit with an email detailing the issue or the projected time of resolution. I tell ya', my eyes are truly wide open now.

My sister in law is a
Vonage
user in Holland, MI, she just called about various things and is using her
Vonage
line, so evidently not everywhere.

Post subject: outage? - I thought it was me
Glad I found this forum/thread.
for 2 days I've been rebooting, upgrading firmware...
We have 2
Vonage
accts. 1 for house, 1 for office. both come off the same internest connection with 2 seperate adapters. the home acct works fine. the office line is intermittent. sometimes works, sometimes power link beeps red.
Hope this doesnt take long - crap.
