Post subject: No dial tone, and customer service is busy
There must be some sort of network outage as I haven't been able to get a dial tone for over an hour (phone can not connect to vonage). When I try to call
Vonage
customer service the line is busy.

Yup I am having the same problem. One adapter works outbound, can receive calls but the caller can not hear me. On the other adapter I get "This phone line can register with the
Vonage
network." ****?
Vonage
is really shooting themselves in the foot here, thinking of jumping ship to Comcast.

Been on hold with Tech Support for 1 hr 45 min so far....
Same problem - "This telephone line cannot register to the
Vonage
network"

Post subject: NDT = No Dail Tone.... system down! way to go vonage
same here.... service has been down for over an hour... been on the phone with customer service for another hour... I gave up... to bad Verzion just didn't gobble up vonage....
we may have better service? who knows... hmmmm go back to AT&T... yeah right... may by I should stick to a cellular network....
