I've got 2 Vonage lines, and they have been having weird issues today. The problems started with my first line. When someone would call in, the phone would ring and caller ID would work. However when I answered I got nothing. The person on the other line depending on whether they were using a Sprint or Verizon cellphone got an unable to complete the call message or a number disconnected message. However my second line worked fine.
Now neither of my lines ring and callers get one of the messages I stated before. I can call out on both lines without issue and my number shows up on the caller ID of the Sprint or Verizon cellphone I'm calling.
Anyone experiencing this or know what the problem may be?
Thanks |

I had a friend call my second line using his AT&T land line. It took 3 tries. The first time he got the could not be completed as dialed message. The second time he got the all circuits are busy message. And finally on the third time he got through although it took a few seconds for the audio to start. He tried the same thing calling my first line and it rang and rang and he got nothing. The second time it worked, but with the delayed audio start. |

Ok things get even weirder. I just got 2 phone calls to my first Vonage line from my cellphone. Problem is my cellphone is sitting here right beside me and no one is using it. I answered and got silence both times. |

Unfortunately, this sounds like an issue that only Vonage technical support will be able to address. However, please post the technical details listed in the sticky message at the top of the forum, especially the detailed results of the Voip test. We can at least give it a look.
Update- I seems that a number of people are reporting weird network problems. This thread, for instance: http://www.vonage-forum.com/ftopic21370.html . |

This is getting weirder. I keep getting phone calls to my second Vonage line from both my Sprint and Verizon cellphones. Both cellphones are powered off. It is like Vonage is catching up on all the calls that I tried to place to my Vonage line earlier.

Yep, your test looks fine. It's a Vonage problem, and apparently widespread. You'll probably just have to wait it out. |
