Mine is also down. Been down for a few hours now and I have tried to reset everything. I actually have two Vonage devices for 3 lines and neither work.
Been on hold for 65 minutes and still haven't talked to anyone with Vonage. This is terrible customer service. |

From Vonages Website- they apparently are having technical difficulties. Yippee-it's not me! GRRRRRR I'll still have to guess when to reboot everything! |

My Vonage is out and says "this telephone line cannot register to the Vonage network" i've reset but nothing. how do i fix it? |

I have had the same issues alot.... To me it would happen some time over night, so I would wake up to no phones in my house. I work from home so its very important that my phones work. Sometimes I wouldnt know that they had been reset until noon. But of course if you call Vonage and ask them what is going one they would blame it on my cable router. They tried everything to blame it on any other piece of equipment but not their (refurbished) RTP300s. I asked to have the routers replaced and they said no, so I went and bought new routers at Best Buy, isntalled them and have never had another problem. Except for today of course, were the whole system is down. |
