I'm unable to receive phone calls because people get a busy signal on both my softphone and my other vonage line. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem? (The expected hold time is over 39 minutes so I figured I'll try to get an answer here)

Problem still exists here in Hollister, CA (SF Bay Area). Incoming calls get either a busy tone, "We are unable to complete your call at this time," or "all circuits are busy."

It's been like this all day today for me.

actually, mine is back to doing the busy signal. I have had Vonage for 5 days now and this just sealed the decision. They're outta here. I won't deal with this kind of crap, it's not worth it.

I was having trouble receiving calls earlier. Now I can't do anything. I have the Vtech base and phones. I was on line with a tech who didn't speak good english and he forward me to a "advance tech" and I heard "no one is available". He had me do a hard reboot and then he wanted me to go to 192.168.15.1 but all I got was "cannot connect" on the internet. Any ideas?

Having similar problem. Fast busy when i dial out, though the dialed phone does sometimes ring, when answered there is just dead air, and still the fast busy on the Vonage end. Dialing into vonage number gets fast busy or some recorded error message ...

Same problem here with the phone now being dead. I have an IP8100 and if I log into it there is a message: "Registration Status: Not Registered". I have been using this phone since 3/06 so why did it suddenly "unregister" today?

I tried calling Vonage's main tech support number from my cell phone and all I get is a busy signal. GREAT TECH SUPPORT!!! Sad

Update: I forgot to mention that the IP8100 base unit has a solid yellow light on it which, according to the manual, means: "Connecting to Vonage, please wait".
