Been on hold for customer service for over 40 minutes now. Power light is flashing red and internet light is steady green. Phone light is green when I check for dial tone but I still get the message "This telephone line cannot register to the
Vonage
network." I'm gonig to give up and hope all will be well in the morning. I'm having Sun Rocket flash backs.

I have been on hold for customer service for about 14 minutes. Has anyone spoke with a customer service representitive today?
Yes, I did. And at that time they made me jump through hoops and I was transfered to a "advance tech" which made a phone ring and then I got a message saying "no one is available." A good waste of 35 cell phone minutes.
This is a major problem apparently. Hope they fix it soon.
