This has got to be a system problem. You can't even get through to customer service now. You get a message saying, "sorry, we're busy." |

Also it's not forwarding calls. The person on the end gets a disconnected message and my cell rings but nobody is there! This is horrible, I've been with Vonage for two years and I've never seen this. |

Yeah, it was back up for about 5 minutes, now my dial tone is toast again. |

Mine is also down. Been down for a few hours now and I have tried to reset everything. I actually have two Vonage devices for 3 lines and neither work.
Been on hold for 65 minutes and still haven't talked to anyone with Vonage. This is terrible customer service. |

I live in Scottville Michigan, I am getting the same thing. I am not able to get incoming calls when the calls forward to my cell phone, I answer and no one is there. People calling say my line is busy or they get the same message someone else is. I have been waiting on the phone now for 40 min. still no answer. I think they really need to address this customer issue. It is clear that the problem is on their end. I have been a customer for a year now and I have never had this trouble. |

I am in southern California and have not been able to receive or make calls since 1:00PM. When I pick up my phone I get this message "This telephone line cannot register to the Vonage network." I have been on hold for customer service for about 14 minutes. Has anyone spoke with a customer service representitive today? |

Same here in Michigan. My friend tried to call me and said it told him my # was disconnected. I tried calling my # from another land line and got a fast busy signal. |
