After you log into Vonage.com with your info, I don't see the features link. I see Dashboard, Activity, Billing, Account, and Orders. No "Features" though. Also, the only way to get to this is to use the Blue login box a bit lower in the page, and to set it to go to the features.
Is this something Vonage has done permanently to get people to use that blue login box vs. the one on the top that I have used for years?
