Caller ID has not been working on Vonage for the last 2 days. Anyone else notice this? |

I noticed this as well. I came on this forum to see if anyone had any ideas on how to fix it. I guess it is a system-wide problem, not just me. |

I'm seeing the same thing here in Ohio. It started sometime after 9:30 PM on 12/6/07. |

I am in Ohio also and on RoadRunner. But, I don't think it is a roadrunner problem. |

I am having the same problem here in Texas. I also noticed that if I go to my Vonage Activity page on the web that the "ID" tag on the incoming calls shows "Unavailable" for incoming calls where it used to show the proper caller id info. I still see the incoming number but where I used to see a name I now see "Unavailable". Looking back in my call history this seems to have started happening sometime during the day on Friday, Dec 7. |

This problem appears to have been corrected, for me at least, by Vonage sometime over night last night. Now my online Vonage call activity is correctly reporting who called me on the "ID" icon and my caller id display now reports the correct info.
Too bad Vonage can't add another section to their online presence where they report problems less severe than outages. Oh well, I am happy with Vonage. This is the first problem in a while. |

Mine came back late last night.
I agree. It is frustrating to have a problem and have the Vonage Web site to always say no problems.
Maybe the reason problems don't get reported is because most people are like me: I HATE to try and talk to Vonage support. |
