I guess Vonage wants to be more secure. Only for Vonage U.S.A

Odd thing is that a couple days after I assigned a PIN to my account, I contacted Customer Service. After the answers were provided to my inquiry, I asked, "You did not ask for my PIN?".
The reason: What PIN? |

Vonage isn't concerned about my security here in Canada, we don't require a pin. |

The reason they did not ask for your PIN when you called is because Vonage just implemented this. It should be in effect by 12-8, but it lets people like you and me set it up now so we don't have to do it at the last minute. |
