I have been receiving calls from a random number from Maryland, and they call every Sunday and leave a voice message to call them at a certain number, when I call them its just a machine for some company.
I wanted to know is there anyway I can just block this number. I am on the Do Not Call list and this still comes.
Thanks In Advance! |

Sorry hotwheels, Vonage doesn't allow to block numbers independently which is a shame, the only thing they have is anonymous call block which only blocks numbers who block their caller ID. |

We've been waiting on this feature since Day One, and it's never arrived. Vonage is busy adding silly little features that most users don't know (or care) about, but for some inexplicable reason has omitted one that is so desirable and useful.
I mean, how hard can it be? They process incoming calls for SimulRing, Forwarding, Anon Call Reject, Do Not Disturb, etc., but they can't check the ANI against the user's pre-defined block list and dump the call if the originating number is on the Reject These Callers list?

Most adapters will do it. The ability is there, Vonage just doesn't allow access to the adapter. Support could do it, but I doubt the CSR would know how. |
