I guess this is ongoing, but I'm one of the holdouts of one of the biggest IPO scams . Why didn't VG divulge about their patent infringements in their IPO prospectus?
Two weeks ago I received FINRA arbitration papers that Duane Morris submitted. Has anyone else? They're looking for $7000+
Has anyone else received this? |

I received the same kit.
You would think that these 2 companies VG and Citi ( Smith Barney) have larger issues then trying to collect 1 1/2 years late from customers for their negligent underwriting. |

they are still looking for money? I thought all the firms got paid by Vonage and Vonage turned the issue over to a collection agency and the issue went away? Duane is the lawyer / collection agency, right? acting on behalf of Vonage, right? the brokers were made whole. |

Hi -
I'm quite late to my diligence but am also a holdout so to speak. Can I ask how you handled the response to the FINRA dispute? Is there a larger organization who has gotten involved to represent those who have been notified of this arbitration. Personally, I thought this matter had been taken care of long ago and was in the clear...
Thanks. |

I never heard back from FINRA regarding the arbitration with Smith Barney/ Citigroup. Just wondering if anyone else had the same experience. They said I owed over $ 7,000. |

I received a letter recently (2 months) from the attorney's office that handled my finri case with instructions to make a claim relative to a class action suit against Vonage. I did not qualify but there was a paragraph at the very end dismissing all future liabilities against payment to Vonage. As my case was resolved thru finri which I was found liable and have since not paid, I understandably called the attorneys office to clarify. I explained the situation and they told me they were going to get back to me and since have not.... hopefully a good sign.?. |
