I thought finding software for recording my Voip phone calls would be easy but it turns out not to be the case..... I tried using Hot-recorder but they were really difficult to set up and seemed to only work on soft phone applications. Additional searches yielded "VoiceRip" and "VonaLink". Has anyone ever tried these? VonALink does not come with a HW option but VoiceRip has what seems to be a relatively cheap HW add-on. It would be nice to hear if anyone used these or other solutions. Thanks...
Many of our VOnaLink SoloRecord customers use Vonage. You mentioned about the lack of hardware option ? A $20 ethernet hub from Best Buy is all you need to use SoloRecord. Drop me a private message if you have further questions.

I use VoiceRip, and it's extremely easy to setup. I couldn't find a hub at the local retail stores (everyone seems to only sell switches now), so I had to purchase it from the VoiceRip web site. The hub is very small and I put my TA on top of it. I love the interface, its fast and looks good. Conversations are saved to wma files (there is no mp3 option).
Call recording is becoming a real hot topic and we have just the answer. VoiceRip was deployed in 2007 so it has the latest bells and whistles that you would expect in a windows application.
