How do I get around a broadband login screen ?

Hi
I'm planning to use my Vonage phone in Brazil but i remember that the apartment that I am staying in required me to login to the broadband provider's screen with a user name and password before I could get onto the internet. I'm wondering how I would go about connecting the vonage service as if I plug the vonage unit into the broadband modem then how would the username and password be entered ?

You could log into the vonage device and put the username and password under the PPPOE settings.
