Their survival is tenuous at best, it appears:

From your link:
"New Jersey- based
Vonage
must pay $117.5 million to Verizon and give
$2.5 million to charity
."
What about me?
What about all these long hours I spent trying to make this darn thing work without dropping calls... swapping cables, splitters, ISP, routers, modems... What about my messed up home network? What about me paying double phone bills because my number wasn't transferred still after 6 months! What about me spending countless hours on the phone with tech support?
Give me back my share of pain. 2.5 mil to charity... this really sukcs.
