if we're on the phone and click over to answer call waiting, the phone rings back after hanging up from both calls. any help? |

that happens to me also. I'm actually not sure if it's expected behavior or not. obviously one wouldn't think so if both calls have been ended, but I never had call waiting on pots so I'm not sure. did you have this feature on pots? |

If you don't drop the call waiting call and return to the original caller it rings to remind you you left someone "hanging on" when you picked up the call waiting caller. |

i'm familiar with the ring back feature if the other person is still waiting on hold, but this seems to happen after all parties have hung up. i'm not sure, but i believe it only happens if a cell phone call beeps in on a landline conversation. i'll have to check with my wife as she is the one it keeps happening to. |
