The button for outlook will only shows up if you click on a contact and the contact has to have a phone number in it, if no phone number is there the button will go away.
example: You have 20 contacts but only 6 have phone numbers, the button will automaticaly show for the 6 contacts only.
This was driving me crazy last night untill I figured out what was going on.
