I have 2 vonage lines that cannot receive incoming calls this afternoon (Tues 3pm EST) - when I called Vonage they explained that they are "loading account" information and cannot pull up my account details and therefore cannot help me. Can I call back in 1 or 2 hours!!! Is anyone else suffering like me? - I am dead in the water... |

Sorry to not confirm, but I have 2 lines as well and both are working.
Incoming and outgoing calls are both fine for me. |

Did you try to call Vonage? If so, what did they tell you? |

Voicemail pickup via *123 does not seem to be working for me either.
When I access VM from the Vonage website I see messages going all the way back to September.
Seems as though something "odd" is going on because I'm fairly sure I didn't leave all of these messages undeleted. |

My voicemail is not picking up - the phone just rings and rings. I tried disabling and reenabling the voicemail, but it doesn't seem to help.
I tried calling vonage, but after 20 minutes of wasted time on hold, I gave up

Both my voicemails are down, but I still cannot receive incoming calls. The telephone rings once, then quiet - and the caller gets a 'all lines are busy' message... |
