Does anyone have experience with Talk America? When I get my bill it does not list the service address or my name on it. Does this mean that I won't be able to transfer my number to Vonage? Or can I just write in my address and name on the bill somewhere? I would really like to transfer my number if possible. I mean the account number is on the bill, maybe is there a way Vonage can verify my name and address with that info? Help please!!11oneone |

Contact Talk America & request a copy of ur Customer Service Record. That will have all the info we need to verify ur account. They can email or fax it to u. |

A Talk America representative informed me that he could not release those records to me. However, would it be acceptable if I printed the "My Account" page and attached it to my most recent bill? The "My Account" page lists my address, phone number, account number, and name. My bill lists just my phone number and account number. |

Yes, that is acceptable...AND if that web account page you print also has some billing history on it, such as current balance & past due balance, that web account printout alone would suffice. But if not, then submit both (along with the LOA). |
