This has been going on for more than a week. They keep giving me the same song and dance. Our engineers are working on the problem and we hope to have a solution soon.
Time for new engineers or trian the ones you got better!!!

I have had this problem for over 2 weeks, I think it only applies to those of us on the 500/$14.99 plan. Makes it difficult to keep track of our used minutes from the 500 minute monthly bucket. |

I have 2 lines on the 500 minute plan and only have the issue on one of the lines. Fortunately since I can get data for the 1st line, I can use a little subtraction to figure out the usage for the 2nd line.
One thing to note is that at the beginning of the billing cycle I can view both lines fine. Once I get activity on the 2nd line, I can no longer view it. |

Works fine for me. I recently "downgraded" from the Unlimited to the 500-minute plan. |

There are some reports that the problem may lie with the VT2142 adapter.
Can the people reporting problems please list their Vonage adapter?
I get that error and I have the VT2142 adapter. |
