Hello everyone,

I have been using my USB v-phone for months now and never had such a problem.

For the past week, I have tried to plug my USB v-phone device into several computers and I always get the same error message:
Loaderw.exe : fail to find autorun device!

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Softphone fails to load and displays "LoaderW: Could not find autorun device".

This displays when the USB is detected, but the softphone cannot launch automatically because you are not logged into the comptuer with an account that has Windows administrator privileges. You ahve to log into the computer using an account with these privileges or use another computer without the restriction.
