Post subject: Voicemail access number
I wish that
Vonage
would change their voicemail access number to something like, oh, I don't know - perhaps 1571 or something. I'm fed up of it costing my 30p every time my wife misses the * off of *123!
Actually, now that it's well over two years since
Vonage
set up over here, it seems like it's high time they came up with Anglicised voicemail prompts - only on Saturday I got a text message from someone saying they'd left a message on our home phone but didn't know if had been saved because they don't have a £ key on their phone. In the past this hasn't mattered, but this time we didn't get the message.

Cant help with your wifes keyboard skills but perhaps in your personal voicemail message you can address the £ key problem by saying something like.
"Please leave a message and press the hash key when you're finished"
Just a thought ...........................
