Hi everyone,
This is Raja, am having a Vonage RTP 300 with me. am living in india with a Bsnl DSL connection. My device was working fine till yesterday , i checked with everything (ie ) Pc is able to go online when connected with RTP 300, device is not registering. upload speed is 205kbps. checked with tftp tftp.vonage.net get test and got the successful message as the tftp port is opened. Am thinking the Voice ports may be blocked by the ISP. how to find the voice port is blocked? is there any command ??? please help me out regarding this issue.. View user's profile |

I would call CS. See if there servers are configured right still. I don't believe registration on the Vonage servers happens through the same ports as voice. Did you change your network configuration at all? PS. Don't tell them you out of the US. PS.PS. Go to the Add Ons/ Move a Line page on the web account. See if the RTP300 shows up there with any notes of interest. The device should be there with port 1 and your phone number and port 2 as available. |

Also, try running the forum Voip speed test and a test at www.testyourvoip.com . If both of those run, it's unlikely that anyone is blocking the necessary ports. |
