Post subject: New Customer, A few questions
Ok i just signed up for
Vonage
on 10-18-07. My equipment should be here in a few days. The question I have is this. When I signed up over the phone the girl I talked to said she was gonna give me 19.99 for 6 months and then 24.99 a month after. She also said she would give me a free adapter, free activation, and my first month free that I would just pay the taxes and shipping. Well I got an email saying I was signed up for 24.99, i got the first month free, and free activation. I signed into the online account and it shows I have 24.99 unlimited plan. Should I call or does it always show 24.99 and there will be some kind of backend credit applied for the first 6 months?

I do not believe they would allow a negative balance in case of early termination. Expect a 'backend credit' after a charge. Good deal tho hu.
