Post subject: Inbound 800 number svc
I work with an insurance company that offers dui insurance throughout 19 states (soon to be 47). We use a traditional 800 number on our website for clients to call for a quote. I am hearing more and more about web 800 numbers that are much cheaper than the traditional 800#. Can anyone lead me in the right direction to discover more about this technology. We rely heavily on the 800 number for our marketing efforts.
Thanks
JScott

In order to have a
Vonage
Toll Free number, you must have a standard
Vonage
Residential or Business Plan. At that point you can sign up for a Toll-Free Number.
The
Vonage
call routing system will point incoming Toll-Free Number calls to your primary line. This transfer is just as fast and seamless as any other
Vonage
call. Toll Free Specifics are....
$4.99 per month for 100 minutes.
4.9 ˘ per additional minute.
$9.99 activation fee.
Unlimited quantity of Toll-Free Numbers.
Used only to receive calls.
Incoming calls from anywhere in the USA and territories in the NANP* are free for the caller.
You cannot port a Toll-Free number to
Vonage
.
Vonage
will assign you a new Toll Free Number.
