Did you get a month-to-month plan or did they switch you to the annual plan which gives you the 20% discount? (aka $19.99)

yes but you are using Vonage from the states, that plan is cheaper than Canada.

I know you use Vonage Canada. My original post wasn't a reply to you but rather a reply to the original post. In the states, you may be able to get the unlimited for $14.99 a month. Like I said, I was able to secure that rate about a month ago.
Sorry just saw your question today. I got the annual plan for $19.99 but some people here have received a $14.99 plan. Here's what I received from Vonage.
