If I add Softphone to my existing

Yes you can. I forward phone calls from my Softphone all the time. You will need to go into your account. Click on the call forwarding link in the right hand side or go to the Features page and click on the Configure button in the Call Forwarding box. I have my home and softphone in one account, so if you have the same arrangement you will need to click on the down arrow, select your Softphone number and then click the Configure button. Type the number you want your calls forwarded in the format of xxxxxxxxxxx and save the changes. Your softphone will now forward to the number specified.
Hope I was able to help you.

Just a reminder that all calls forwarded count against your 500 minutes.

Does the call duration count or is it just the minute or so it takes for it to hand the call off to the cell phone?
