Hmm, network configurations, double NATing (haha), wow. Anyways, just turn the QoS setting off on the Motorola. 9 times out of 10 it's that setting that causes the internet connection to slow down, because it gives priority to Voip connections. It's a broken concept. Just log into the Motorola go to advanced (I think), click on IP QoS, and disable it. |

Well I haven't been online for awhile for the simple fact as initially stated I cannot get on Vonage and the internet at the same time. It's one or the other. I can not afford to miss important phone calls so have chosen to stay offline so that calls can get through....this is ridiculous. So I thought I would try again and now this is what I get when I pick up the phone...a recording sayng..."This Vonage device is not set up for use and does not have a number assigned to it". I swear I am about to throw this Vonage device out the window...absolutely nothing but grief and support still has no anwers. And they have no technicians in any city to come help their clients who may need it?SICK! And the company had the balls to make me pay for the shipping to return the first defective device. I borrow a friends router to see if that would help...no luck. |
