I didn't try this yet, I don't have time (I have a really bad hours in my job this week).
But, Do I need to select a static ip... when I have dinamic ip?
Other thing... yesterday, everything work fine, this morning, when I wope up, I tried to read my email, but, I can surf in the web, the router and cable modem look good (all the necesary leds working and linking). But, I can't get to any address. Then I restart both of them, and I get online again.
Someone have the same experience? Is a Comcast problem, a Vonage.. is a hardware problem?

Check the firmware version again for your WRTP54G and make sure it's 1.00.62. It seems that
Vonage
has been pushing a firmware update, 5.xx that's been causing alot of users issues with their WRTP54G.
You may or may not have to set the device to a static ip...You won't know for sure until you try.

Yes, you're right, is the 1.00.62.
Actually, I went to Applications & Gaming / Port Triggering and I add, in two different lines, the two port for emule, and this is working fine.
I guess for the moment I will left this like is now.
Thanks for everything.

Mine had been working fine for more than a year without any problems since I switched to
Vonage
but 10 days ago, I had to reset it 3 to 4 times a day and when I looked up the firmware version, Its 5.xx and it stays on that version even after hard resets. I dont like to waste my time calling a CSR if it will revert back to this version. I temporarily replaced it w/ a D-Link VTA without any problems but I just want to go back to the simplicity of having the WRTP54G
version 1.00.62 was fine with the 2 network cameras and 1 NAS and version 5.xx will just lock up on the configuration page if I increased the wireless power output to more than 50%

I'm not very happy with mine. The connection is getting down a few times every day. And something, is look ok, but when I tried to get online, is take forever (and I have 8mb with Comcast), so is suppose to open faster than before ( I used to have 1.5 with Verizon), and before I used to surf the net faster than now.
So, I don't really know what happen. But I start feeling no confidence with this router.
Any ideas?

Two bad things about the WRTP54G:
1. QoS is useless.
http://vonage.nmhoy.net/qos.html
2. It tries to hold on to "active but idle" connections for far longer than it should, meaning that over time (if you are running eMule, BitTorrent, or something similar - "over time" means a few hours to a day or so) the connections table will fill up and you will be forced to reboot your router. This cannot be fixed.
One good thing about the WRTP54G:
If you stop using it as a router, it's a really, really good
Vonage
device.
Go out and get a decent router (I like the Linksys WRT54GL, with aftermarket firmware, but there are plenty to choose from), then just put the
Vonage
WRTP54G behind it (

).

Finally, I made a few tests, and I get to the conclusion, that the WRTP54G is wasn't the router for me. So I exchange it for the D-Lin DIR-625, and the PAP2. For the moment all is going perfect. The signal for the wireless is even stronger. And I can use p2p programs, and the phone at the same time, without problems.

The PAP2 is a good adapter. Simple, elegant, small, and relatively inexpensive to replace should anything go wrong. And it's got the same voice chipset as the WRTP54G, if I recall correctly.
In other words, since I don't use my WRTP54G as a router, I have a PAP2 as well. It's just a little larger, and has some more "blinkenlights" that never light up (grin).
