The online chat lady Sarah, she can't help you with tech support and to be honest Vonage Canada can't help much with Vonage Talk, they don't even know it exists.

Now to answer your question, yes you can be on Vonage Talk and someone can be on the phone at the same time.

Which Vonage adapter did you get? I meant to tell you in advance to see if they can not charge you the connection set up fee, I never paid that. All I paid was the shipping charges.

I hope you have as much success with Vonage as I have had. Check out the other site I sent you about, good support there also.

Oh.
I picked the most expensive one.. the.. err.. d-link something, the one at $140 with the $140 discount. I had to pay the $40 fees though. Didnt know I could skip on the fees.. oh well too late now Wink
And yea I called the customer service and they didnt help much with Vonage talk. anyway i'll check it out later got to go to work now Wink
