i have been with Vonage for one month. i have had nothing but trouble with the caller id. it does not work when i am on the phone and a call comes in on call waiting. i have called and emailed a bunch of times. nothing has been done yet. so three days ago my caller id stop working all together even when i am not on the phone. then my anonymous call block has stop working yes it is activated. so i called Vonage was on the phone for 45 minutes. the lady was hard to deal with would not listen to nothing i was telling her. and then she had the nerve to tell me to go and buy another modem because the one they sent me was a free one. but there was no gaurnatee that my caller id was going to work then. so she carried on about this and said since there was already a ticket wrote up on my problem then there was nothing she could due. so is there anybody got any good ideas or need to have the service turned off. |

If the anonymous call blocking is indeed enabled and not working, and you have stopped getting caller id displays, then the CID info might not be showing up in the SIP logs. If a ticket was created it should have been handled by the engineers and resolved. If not, good luck with tech support again.  |

My caller ID has been shut down for over a month. Unknown is all I'm getting. Why? I've had Vonage for over 2 years now. Thanks |

Look at the list of messages for this forum. Right at the top is a message that is designated a "sticky" message because it's always there. |
