Post subject: Avaya IP Office Conference Bridge issues.
I have about 24 remote employees that use
Vonage
. They call into our Avaya IP Office (Meet Me) conference bridge 4 to 6 times a day. For the past month and a half I have been getting complaints (only form the
Vonage
users) that the conference bridge has not been accepting the conference line codes (3 digit access code entered to get access to the conference). Some have to enter the code 3 or 4 time. Others give up and call back in which most of the time does not work so they end up using a POTS line or cell phone. We have a leading welcome message that plays before the access code prompt. I have had reports that the message is half of the way thought before the
Vonage
user starts to hear it. Like some kind of connection delay. The current configuration (Avaya/Vonage) has been in place for 2 years with no issues and the Avaya IP Office configuration has not changed. The
Vonage
issues just started at the end of August. I am at a loss.
