I've been using Vonage now for about 7 months and haven't had any issues with it at all. In the last three days, however, the lights on the Vonage router have gone out as well as my computer showing that that LAN port is disconnected(I tried the other LAN port as well and it's the same issue) . If i try to power-cycle then the "msg waiting" light flashs once and then immediately goes out. I cannot access the router through the IP listed on other posts. So the real question is, did the router just crap out or is this something I can fix with a firmware upgrade, reset, or some other simple fix. |

Please post the technical details listed in the sticky message at the top of the forum.
Are you able to access the internet with the Vonage box in place or did you have to remove it to get on line? |

This seems to be a common issue with Vtech crapping out. As I said in another thread, a friend of mine had one with the same symptoms as yours, he could still page the handset but had no lights, could not log into the web GUI and obviously the phone didn't work. He exchanged the power adapter and that got him up and running. Why don't you try that? |

There have been a lot of problems with the power adapters. If you have a volt meter test whats coming out of the power adapter. |
