I've been trying to set up Click-2-Call since last night. Upon trying to log in, I receive the following error "Some internal error occured. Please login again." I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my computer, and verified that my username and password works on the Vonage website. The problem still persists. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Perhaps it might be an issue on their end? I just logged into mine, and got the same error message.... though a bit more specificity in the error message would have been nice other than some internal error... It had been working fine after I installed it, as far as connecting to it... never did see its interplay with outlook, but it did work... And now I get the same error as you... so again perhaps its on their side... |

Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one. The program appears to have installed fine in Outlook itself as I'm getting the icons and all. It's just that it won't log in. Oh well. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
