Good Morning,
I had just finished sending a fax, then went to place a call and I have an automated message saying " This telephone line cannot register to the vonage network" The Fax did go through but then my line became unregistered.
Any suggestions on how to fix this before I have to call Vonage's Tech Support would be GREATLY appreciated !!
I did reboot my modem and Adapter and Computer, nothing changed.
Ran a Voip test, results are as follows:

UPDATE : Called Tech Support, Recieved an Automated Message
" We are experiencing an unusually High Call Volume, please call back at a later time"
I will grovel for help I need my phone  |

I am geting the same message "This telephone line cannot register to the vonage network". If you be any chance found a solution let me know.

Something Major is going on with our lines.
Just called Exec. Tech Support that answers to the V.P.
Also recieved a message that all the managers are busy at this time and to leave a detailed message and to expect a response within 4 hours..
I will update when I know what is going on. |
