As I was pointing out to you, with "V-Access," you too can call your friend with a Miami # for free from your landline. You would dial the V-Access number in your area which would be a local call for you. You will then be prompted to dial your friends number, enter the area code plus the number then you will be connected to your friend. This also applies to anyone of her friends, family or whomever. Regardless of whate state they live in, if there is a local V-Access number within their area code, they can call your friend for free from a landline. This is why I was saying there is no need for her to purchase a virtual number for Missouri.
