Anyways, we've never checked our voicemail before. I'm aware it requires dialing *123, but I don't know the passcode, my mother doesn't have it in her e-mail anymore, and we can't access the Voicemail page from the Online Account. Help? Please?

Did your mother ever create her own password code? If she never changed it or created a new one it's 1234. See the following link for help with Vonage Voicemail Plus : http://vonage.com/features.php?feature=voicemail
