I got mine at BB to. Vonage still swapped it out. To bad the replacement was worse than what I have. |

Which device did you get, the RT31p2? What are your current issues? Let me guess, background noise? |

Rt31p2 and I fixed my noise issues with an RJ11 with the two center pair shorted. You can find my post if titled people with background noise look here. |

The RT31P2 I recieved on Jan. 21 was clear as could be. I tried hooking up a phone on port 2 and taking it off the hook to see if I noticed any change, and there was none (I did this just in case I missed what little background noise I couldn't make out). Maybe I just got lucky? It clearer than my old POTS line.
