I'm on the Vonage basic 500 plan. Recently I noticed on my account page that my minutes used show correctly, but minutes remaining show as NA. How can it be NA when I'm on the 500 minute plan? It used to show the difference between 500 and minutes used. Anyone else noticed this?

I've had the same problem for about a week. I hope it doesn't cause any billing problems when my cycle ends.

Interesting. I don't know that it's a problem, but we should know soon. My billing cycle ends in a couple of days.

My cycle ended yesterday with no billing issues. My new billing page still shows NA for minutes remaining though.

Weird. Well, if billing is OK, then I guess it's nothing to worry over.

I'm seeing NA on my billing page also. Maybe NA means Not Available - perhaps their "500 - X" computer is down or something. Wink

I have 2 lines on the basic 500 plan. When I'm looking at the monthly usage summary for all numbers, it shows the remaining minutes as NA. However when I click on the first of my numbers on that page, the monthly usage summary shows the remaining minutes just fine. But when I try to bring up the monthly usage summary for the other number, it comes back with the ubiquitous error page. It has been like this for several days now.

I noticed this a while back and finally contacted the help people. On the first few email exchanges they tried to tell me that they never have told how many minutes remain and that I should just subtract minutes used from 500 to find out.

I tried to explain that it says NA now and why would that exist if they have never reported how many remain. It was like talking to a wall. The last reply from them was that they were going to request it as a new feature. I gave up.

I also have two lines, but I haven't been able to check the minutes on each for the last week. The total number of minutes used on both lines is indicated, but when I try to look at each line separately, I get the ubiquitous error screen. My total is very near 500 minutes, but I can't see how that is divided between my two lines.
