If Vonage offered a plan to call Philippine cell phone numbers from the U.S. I think they'd get many more takers to their service. Even a 'call Philippine unlimited plan' to cell phones for an extra fee (lets say $25) would be good! I'd sign up to that today. Right now it's .23 cents a minute and this adds up very quickly.
