To retrieve your Vonage softphone username and password log into the Vonage website and navigate to the following:

Features-->Manage SoftPhone Lines-->Select the line you need the username and password for, then click continue. The page will display the information needed.

From your nokia E or N Series phone navigate to the menu then select the following:

Tools--> Settings-->Connection-->SIP Settings

Profile Name: Vonage (Or what ever you choose.)
Service profile: IETF
Default access point: (Choose what ever is applicable to you)
Public user name: sip:(Vonage SoftPhone username)@sphone.vonage.net
Use compression: No
Registration: (Choose what ever is applicable to you)
Use security: No

Proxy server

Proxy server address: None
Realm: 216.115.20.41
User name: (Vonage SoftPhone username)
Password: (Vonage SoftPhone password)
Allow loose routing: Yes
Transport type: Auto
Port: 5060

Registrar Server

Registrar server address: sip:sphone.vopr.vonage.net
Realm: 216.115.20.41
User name: (Vonage SoftPhone username)
Password: (Vonage SoftPhone password)
Transport type: UDP
Port: 5061
