Is the power light on the RTP300 a solid green? Is the phone port 1 or phone port 2 a solid green? |

If you mean the LED's, they're blue. If you mean the Phone slots on the back, they're outlined with green. |

If the RTP300 was working before the power outage, once the power was restored to the device the power surge might have permanently ruined the device. Have you tried a hard reset of the device? There's a reset button on the back of the RTP300. Take a sharp pointed object and press and hold for 30 seconds. Once the lights stop flashing, check to see if you have a dial-tone now.
Here's another suggestion. If the device is currently using phone port 1, try moving it to phone port 2...You can do this via your web account from the "Features" tab. Once you have successfully completed the move to phone port 2, don't forget to plug the telephone cable into phone port 2 on the back of the RTP300. The phone port 2 light should illuminate if its working properly and you should have a dial-tone now. If there is no dial-tone, you will need a new Vonage adapter. |

Which light is blinking? Did you try moving your line from phone port 1 to phone port 2? |

Which light is blinking?
I'm almost certain the power interruption has fried your device and you need a new Vonage adapter. |
