Post subject: Click2Call Problems with Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2003
After downloading and using Click2Call about a week ago, I am finding the following problems with it:
After about 2-3 hours of use, both Outlook and Windows begins to behave in a strange manner.
Outlook Problems:
1. Can't open a contact window
2. Resets changes I've made to the Outlook menu
3. Get error msg "out of memory" or something similar
4. When I mouse over a Outlook button, it flashes
Windows Problems
1. Attempt to open an application fails with a loud "boing" sound, and sometimes an "out of memory" popup
2. Attempt to open another IE7 browser window fails -- it jus flashes and then nothing appears
The only solution is to reboot the computer.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Click2Call, but the problem continues.
This behavior reminds me of software that has a "memory leak".
Has anyone else seen this behavior?
How to I report this problem to the Click2Call developers?
