Ok I am completely lost here I need this ASAP for my office. Our office phones run off of VonageVoip , i don't know anything about this stuff, but I want this Plantronics headset model : CS361N

The Plantronics wireless headset plugs into a standard mini-phone jack on the side of most phones where the handset plugs into, the handset then plugs into the Plantonics headset transmitter. You can find complete instructions at http://www.headsetzone.com/cs361n.html
This is not a Vonage issue, the issue is the plug on the handset of your phone. If it does not have a removable cord, then the headset will not attach to the phone.
